ADMINISTRATION PROJECT ASSISTANT (PART TIME)
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support
- Filing, record and update of documents
- Assist in planning,managing & execute event within approved budget and timeline
- Source, evaluate on event venues, manage logistics requirements
- Ensure smooth delivery of event on site
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Preferably with 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency preferably with 3D/Design background knowledge
- Positive working attitude, organisational skills with good time management
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
