With over 15 years of experience, Jim is a registered architect and conducts his practice under Xcube Architects. He graduated with architectural degrees from Singapore & Australia and holds an Advanced Diploma in IT Information Management. Having interest in technology and information management, Jim extensively explored and experimented with many concepts and solutions related to Building Information Modeling (BIM), even before this term was coined.

He is member of the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA), IT Committee and has help companies to adopts BIM successfully, including the Brunei government.

Jim is also a part time lecturer for Building and Construction Authority Academy (BCAA) where he conducts numerous BIM modules. As an avid speaker on the topic of BIM, he is also constantly invited to speak at BIM conferences and events internationally.
